Yeah kinda late, but whats the harm? :)
This is the time of year when people reflect on their achievements of the previous year and set them selves goals or targets or shall I say, resolutions.
But what are resolutions? According to Google, a resolution is 'a firm decision to do or not to do something'. But do we really make 'firm' decisions? For me they are more like targets and goals. I don't like changing my life by making 'firm' decisions. Instead, I prefer in-cooperating more things in my life, making it much more, umm, Interesting.
Last year has been AMAZING for me! Many doors closed, but even bigger and better doors opened. And without those doors I would not have been writing this blog. I will not list down all the good and bad things that happened last year but I would like to list down a few 'Biggies'.
Goodies:-
1) Finished my A-levels
2) Turned 18 (Adult finally!! Yaayy!!)
3) Led a team of people to 'build' the interiors of our sixth-form area
4) Opened this blog.
5) Started a successful Gap Year
6) And, umm does meeting Joe Sugg count? If yes, then that's my Number 6 :D
Baddies:-
1) One my Best Friends left UK :( I miss her!
I seriously can't think of anything, except that, bad enough to make it to this list! I had an Amazing year I must say. Hopefully, 2014 will be even bigger :)
So what is on my target list for this year?? Have a look :)
1) Weekly main blog post + a review :)
2) Have 20 travel vlogs on my YouTube channel.
3) Plan the next year, another Gap Year or University? Only time will tell.
4) Learn to play a guitar perfectly by the end of this year.
5) A healthier lifestyle (Nope not dieting, just less chocolates and ice creams and umm marshmallows ;) )
6) Be closer to God
I think that's a lot to accomplish for a year considering the way time flies!
Do let me know what your New Year targets and/or resolutions are by either commenting below or leaving a link to your blog post. Would love to read some :)
That is it for this week's blog post.
Have an amazing week ahead :)
